First things first we finally blessed Knox on the 3rd of
June. My family came up for the weekend and we had so much fun just hanging out
and visiting. I love when they come to visit. Nick gave a beautiful blessing and all of our
family and friends came. We had a lunch at our place afterwards and it turned
out great. I am so grateful for such an amazing family and such great friends.

(Dex will never look at the camera... it drives me nuts...)
Nick and I with Knox!!
After Knox's blessing I headed down south with my family to
spend a week at home. We through Ash her bridal shower and it turned out great.
I am so excited for her and Matt and can't wait til their wedding in August. I
had such a great time at home visiting with my family and getting the extra
help. I was also lucky enough to be there when my best friend Britt had her beautiful
baby girl. I still can't believe we both have 2 kids. Time goes by way to fast.

We met Nick in Calgary on Friday and spent the night. We
were suppose to go to the zoo on Saturday but the weather wasn't nice enough so
we shopped instead. Then we headed back home to Edmonton. As soon as we got
home we had told some friends we would watch their kids for them while they
were gone. So we have spent the last 10
days over at their place and I am exhausted. 3 Teenagers and 2 Toddlers equals
exhaustion. I am so glad we are heading down south this weekend I am in need of
a much needed break.
We all went out on a stroll one night and Dex insisted on wearing my sunglasses!!
They have a tramp and Dex loves it. We put the sprinkler
under it and he was having so much fun!!
We spent Father's Day with the kids so we didn't get to
celebrate to much but Nick did get a new BBQ for Father's Day and we are looking
forward to testing it out. Dex made his daddy a cute father's day gift. Nick is
such a great dad and I love him so much!! He helps out so much with the boys
and I am so grateful he is such a hands on dad!! I don't know what I would do
without him!
Dex's gift for Daddy!!
While we were babysitting Knox also hit his 3 month
milestone. I can't believe my baby is 3 months old. Time seriously needs to
slow down. Knox is such an awesome baby and we love him so much!! Life is definitely
a lot busier with 2 kids but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Knox is the
happiest baby in the world. His favorite thing to do is to just sit and watch
Dexter play. He is cooing all the time
and is constantly smiling. He just melts my heart.
I just love him so much!!
Dex and Knox's first bath together lol!!
